Day Twenty Two: Bordeaux

We got up early this morning (7AM) to travel to Bordeaux, which is about 2 1/2 hours away. Kenny was pretty groggy, but we were without the necessary travel coffee mug. So, I came up with this:

Coffee in a jar. Worked beautifully. I also came up with the instant in-car entertainment center:

Which involves wedging an Ipad between the driver and passenger seat. Kenny's genius was the downloadable GPS system to our Iphones. An invaluable resource.

Once we got to Bordeaux, we quickly hit the stores:

Eliza practices for the runway:

Girls waiting with amazing patience while Mommy darts in and out of stores:

What is a city without one of these?

Heat plus shopping equals tired ladies:

We found a fountain, water plaza type thingy so the shoes came off...

Having fun with effects:

After the long drive home, we cooled off in the pool. And Kenny was reunited with his monkey...
